How do I encourage students to practice? My answer is: Make it fun! I do my best to make sure that every lesson is fun and helps you or your child get the most out of our lessons!

Beginning with piano at age 7, I have spent years on my skills. It would be a pleasure to help you or your child learn an instrument, Composing & Arranging, Musical Theory, Rhythm and much more.

My musical interests began early, learning to play the piano at age 7. At 13, I picked up the trumpet, quickly developing a love for the instrument.
Beyond High School I pursued the trumpet more seriously, completing a Bachelor of Music in Jazz at the Elder Conservatorium of Music, Adelaide.
Following this, I completed a Graduate Diploma in Music Education.
Whilst at University I became the lead trumpeter for the Adelaide University Latin Ensemble (2008) in addition to performing in Big Band I, the Uni's top-level big band.
I was awarded 'Young Citizen of the Year' for the South Coast region (S.A.) in 2003 for my initiative and artistic work on an original musical production, in partnership with the South Coast Choral and Arts Society.
